וַיְהִ֗י it vai-HEE כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר came ka-uh-SHER כִּלּוּ֙ to kee-LOO לֶֽאֱכֹ֣ל pass, leh-ay-HOLE אֶת when et הַשֶּׁ֔בֶר they ha-SHEH-ver אֲשֶׁ֥ר had uh-SHER הֵבִ֖יאוּ eaten hay-VEE-oo מִמִּצְרָ֑יִם up mee-meets-RA-yeem וַיֹּ֤אמֶר va-YOH-mer אֲלֵיהֶם֙ uh-lay-HEM אֲבִיהֶ֔ם the uh-vee-HEM שֻׁ֖בוּ corn SHOO-voo שִׁבְרוּ which sheev-ROO לָ֥נוּ they LA-noo מְעַט had meh-AT אֹֽכֶל׃ brought OH-hel -
וַיֹּ֧אמֶר Judah va-YOH-mer אֵלָ֛יו spake ay-LAV יְהוּדָ֖ה unto yeh-hoo-DA לֵאמֹ֑ר him, lay-MORE הָעֵ֣ד saying, ha-ADE הֵעִד֩ The hay-EED בָּ֨נוּ man BA-noo הָאִ֤ישׁ did ha-EESH לֵאמֹר֙ solemnly lay-MORE לֹֽא protest loh תִרְא֣וּ unto teer-OO פָנַ֔י us, fa-NAI בִּלְתִּ֖י saying, beel-TEE אֲחִיכֶ֥ם Ye uh-hee-HEM אִתְּכֶֽם׃ shall ee-teh-HEM -
אִם thou eem יֶשְׁךָ֛ wilt yesh-HA מְשַׁלֵּ֥חַ send meh-sha-LAY-ak אֶת et אָחִ֖ינוּ our ah-HEE-noo אִתָּ֑נוּ brother ee-TA-noo נֵֽרְדָ֕ה with nay-reh-DA וְנִשְׁבְּרָ֥ה us, veh-neesh-beh-RA לְךָ֖ we leh-HA אֹֽכֶל׃ will OH-hel -
וְאִם if veh-EEM אֵֽינְךָ֥ thou ay-neh-HA מְשַׁלֵּ֖חַ wilt meh-sha-LAY-ak לֹ֣א not loh נֵרֵ֑ד send nay-RADE כִּֽי him, kee הָאִ֞ישׁ we ha-EESH אָמַ֤ר will ah-MAHR אֵלֵ֙ינוּ֙ not ay-LAY-NOO לֹֽא go loh תִרְא֣וּ down: teer-OO פָנַ֔י for fa-NAI בִּלְתִּ֖י the beel-TEE אֲחִיכֶ֥ם man uh-hee-HEM אִתְּכֶֽם׃ said ee-teh-HEM -

וַיֹּֽאמְר֡וּ they va-yoh-meh-ROO שָׁא֣וֹל said, sha-OLE שָֽׁאַל The SHA-al הָ֠אִישׁ man HA-eesh לָ֣נוּ asked LA-noo וּלְמֽוֹלַדְתֵּ֜נוּ us oo-leh-moh-lahd-TAY-noo לֵאמֹ֗ר straitly lay-MORE הַע֨וֹד of ha-ODE אֲבִיכֶ֥ם our uh-vee-HEM חַי֙ state, ha הֲיֵ֣שׁ and huh-YAYSH לָכֶ֣ם of la-HEM אָ֔ח our ak וַנַ֨גֶּד kindred, va-NA-ɡed ל֔וֹ saying, loh עַל Is al פִּ֖י your pee הַדְּבָרִ֣ים father ha-deh-va-REEM הָאֵ֑לֶּה yet ha-A-leh הֲיָד֣וֹעַ alive? huh-ya-DOH-ah נֵדַ֔ע have nay-DA כִּ֣י ye kee יֹאמַ֔ר another yoh-MAHR הוֹרִ֖ידוּ brother? hoh-REE-doo אֶת and et אֲחִיכֶֽם׃ we uh-hee-HEM -

וַיִּשְׁאַ֤ל he va-yeesh-AL לָהֶם֙ asked la-HEM לְשָׁל֔וֹם them leh-sha-LOME וַיֹּ֗אמֶר of va-YOH-mer הֲשָׁל֛וֹם their huh-sha-LOME אֲבִיכֶ֥ם welfare, uh-vee-HEM הַזָּקֵ֖ן and ha-za-KANE אֲשֶׁ֣ר said, uh-SHER אֲמַרְתֶּ֑ם Is uh-mahr-TEM הַֽעוֹדֶ֖נּוּ your ha-oh-DEH-noo חָֽי׃ father hai -
וַיֹּֽאמְר֗וּ they va-yoh-meh-ROO שָׁל֛וֹם answered, sha-LOME לְעַבְדְּךָ֥ Thy leh-av-deh-HA לְאָבִ֖ינוּ servant leh-ah-VEE-noo עוֹדֶ֣נּוּ our oh-DEH-noo חָ֑י father hai וַֽיִּקְּד֖וּ is va-yee-keh-DOO וַיִּשְׁתַּֽחֲוֻֽ׃ in va-yeesh-TA-huh-VOO -
וַיִּשָּׂ֣א he va-yee-SA עֵינָ֗יו lifted ay-NAV וַיַּ֞רְא up va-YAHR אֶת his et בִּנְיָמִ֣ין eyes, been-ya-MEEN אָחִיו֮ and ah-heeoo בֶּן saw ben אִמּוֹ֒ his ee-MOH וַיֹּ֗אמֶר brother va-YOH-mer הֲזֶה֙ huh-ZEH אֲחִיכֶ֣ם Benjamin, uh-hee-HEM הַקָּטֹ֔ן his ha-ka-TONE אֲשֶׁ֥ר mother's uh-SHER אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם son, uh-mahr-TEM אֵלָ֑י and ay-LAI וַיֹּאמַ֕ר said, va-yoh-MAHR אֱלֹהִ֥ים Is ay-loh-HEEM יָחְנְךָ֖ this yoke-neh-HA בְּנִֽי׃ your beh-NEE -

וַיִּרְחַ֥ץ he va-yeer-HAHTS פָּנָ֖יו washed pa-NAV וַיֵּצֵ֑א his va-yay-TSAY וַיִּ֨תְאַפַּ֔ק face, va-YEET-ah-PAHK וַיֹּ֖אמֶר and va-YOH-mer שִׂ֥ימוּ went SEE-moo לָֽחֶם׃ out, LA-hem -
וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ they va-ya-SEE-moo ל֛וֹ set loh לְבַדּ֖וֹ on leh-VA-doh וְלָהֶ֣ם for veh-la-HEM לְבַדָּ֑ם him leh-va-DAHM וְלַמִּצְרִ֞ים by veh-la-meets-REEM הָאֹֽכְלִ֤ים himself, ha-oh-heh-LEEM אִתּוֹ֙ and ee-TOH לְבַדָּ֔ם for leh-va-DAHM כִּי֩ them kee לֹ֨א by loh יֽוּכְל֜וּן themselves, yoo-heh-LOON הַמִּצְרִ֗ים and ha-meets-REEM לֶֽאֱכֹ֤ל for leh-ay-HOLE אֶת the et הָֽעִבְרִים֙ Egyptians, ha-eev-REEM לֶ֔חֶם which LEH-hem כִּֽי did kee תוֹעֵבָ֥ה eat toh-ay-VA הִ֖וא with heev לְמִצְרָֽיִם׃ him, leh-meets-RA-yeem -
