ସସଲତଲବଲଳ ଅରାମର ରାଜା ରତ୍ସୀନ ଓ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲର ରାଜା ରମଲିଯଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ପଲକହ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧସର ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଆସିଲଲ।ସସମାଲନ ଆହସଙ୍କୁ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସର ଘଲରିଗଲଲ, ମାତ୍ର ତାଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ପାରିଲଲ ନାହିଁ।

ଯେ ହତେୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ ରମେ କରିଥିବାରୁ ସେ ଅବିଯାମକୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ଦଇେଥିଲେ। କବଳେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସକାେଶ ସେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ରଖିଥିଲେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ରୂପେ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଦଇେଥିଲେ।
ଦିତୀୟ ବଂଶାବଳୀ 28:5
ଆହସ୍ ପାପ କଲେ, ତେଣୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅରାମର ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆହସ୍ଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ। ଅରାମର ରାଜା ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସୈନ୍ଯଦଳ ଆହସ୍ଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ଅନକେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀ କରି ନେଲେ। ଅରାମର ରାଜା ସହେି ବନ୍ଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦମ୍ମେଶକ ନଗରକୁ ନଇଗେଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ପକହଙ୍କେ ଦ୍ବାରା ମଧ୍ଯ ଆହସ୍ଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ।
ଯିଶାଇୟ 7:1
ସଯାଥମଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଆହସ, ଉଷିୟଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରସଯାଥମ, ଅରାମର ରାଜା ଉତ୍ସୀନ ଓ ପଲକହ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲର ରାଜା ରମଲୀଯଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଥିଲଲ। ଯିହୁଦାସର ଆହସ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରୁଥିବା ସମୟଲର ଉତ୍ସୀନ ଓ ପଲକହ ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସଂଗ୍ରାମ କରିବାକୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ୟାଇଥିଲଲ। ମାତ୍ରସସମାଲନସସହି ନଗରୀକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିଲଲ ନାହିଁ।

ମାତ୍ରସମାର ପ୍ରଭୁ ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ଏକ ଚିହ୍ନସଦଖାଇଲବ।

ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଶୀଲୋହର ଧୀରଷୋର୍ତକୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ଯ କରି ଉତ୍ସୀନ୍ ଓ ରମଲୀଯର ପୁତ୍ର, ପକହେ ସହିତ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
ଯିଶାଇୟ 8:9
ହେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀସମୂହ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୁଅ, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରାସ୍ତ ହବେ। ହେ ଦୂର ଦେଶୀଯ ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଧ୍ଯାନପୂର୍ବକ ଶୁଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଲବେି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରାଜିତ ହବେ।
ଯିଶାଇୟ 9:6
ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବାଳକ ଜନ୍ମ ନବେେ ସତେିକି ବେଳେ ଏହା ଘଟିବ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଦବେେ। ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଭାର ବହନ କରିବେ। ତାଙ୍କର ନାମ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ପରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ୟିଏ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ଏବଂ ଶାନ୍ତିର ରାଜକୁମାର ହବେେ।'
