ଏହିପରି ସମତଳର ସମସ୍ତ ନଗରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମିଶାଇ ଓ ଇ ମାରେୀଯର ରାଜା ସୀହାନେ, ୟିଏ ହିଷ୍ବୋନ ରେ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରୁଥିଲେ, ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମିଶାଇ ଏହି ଦେଶ ଗଠିତ ହେଲା। ମାଶାେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଓ ମିଦୀଯୋନର ନତେୃବର୍ଗ ଓ ସୀହାନରେ ରାଜପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଇବି, ରକମେ, ସୂର, ହର ଓ ରବୋକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ।
