Psalm 122
1 म अत्यन्त खुशी थिएँ जब मानिसहरूले यसो भने, “परमप्रभुको मन्दिर तर्फ जाऊ आऊ।”
2 हामी यहाँ, यरूशलेमको प्रवेशद्वारमा उभिरहेकाछौं।
3 यो नयाँ यरूशलेम हो! एक संयुक्त शहर जस्तो यो शहर फेरि निर्माण गरियो।
4 त्यही ठाउँ हो जहाँ परिवार समूहहरू जान्छन्। परमप्रभुको नाउँको स्तुति-गान गर्नलाई इस्राएल का मानिसहरू त्यहाँ जाँदछन्।
5 दाऊद परिवारका राजाहरूले त्यहाँ तिनीहरूको राज सिंहासन बनाए। तिनीहरूले मानिसहरूको न्याय गर्न राज सिंहासन त्यहाँ बनाए।
6 यरूशलेममा शान्तिको निम्ति प्रार्थना गर। “जसले तपाईंलाई प्रेम गर्दछ उसले शान्ति पाओस्। तपाईंको पर्खालहरूभित्र शान्ति छाओस्। म आशा गर्दछु त्यहाँ तपाईंको भवनहरूको सुरक्षा हुनेछ।”
7 मेरो दाज्यू-भाइ र छिमेकीहरूको हितार्थ म यहाँ शान्ति छाओस् भनेर त्यहाँ प्रार्थना गर्दछु।
8 हाम्रा परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको मन्दिरको निम्ति,
9 म प्रार्थना गर्छु कि राम्रो कुराहरू यस शहरमा होऊन्।

2 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.
3 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
4 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
5 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord.
6 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
7 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
8 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
9 For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
10 Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.
