Psalm 122
1 ମୁଁ ଖୁସି ହଲିେ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଲେ, ଚାଲ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ୟିବା।
2 ହେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ !ଏହିଠାରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଫାଟକ ପାଖରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେଅଛୁ।
3 ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ସହର ଭଳି ତିଆରି ହାଇେଅଛି, ଏହା ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବରେ ଏବଂ କଠିନ ଭାବରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।
4 ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଯେଉଁଠାରେ କି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ଆସନ୍ତି। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏଠାକୁ ଆସନ୍ତି। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକୁ ଏହିସବୁ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦିଆହୁଏ।
5 ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପରିବାରର ରାଜାମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସିଂହାସନ ଏଠାରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁବିଚାର ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ସିଂହାସନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ।
6 ୟିରୁଶାଲମରେ ସୁଖ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କର। ମୁଁ ଆଶାକରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରମେ କରନ୍ତି ସମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ପାଇବେ।
7 ମୁଁ ଆଶାକରେ ସଠାେରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପବିତ୍ର ଗୃହ ଭିତରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ମିଳିବ। ମୁଁ ଆଶା କରେ ୟେ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିରାଟ ରାଜ ପ୍ରାସାଦରେ ନିରାପଦ ହେଉ।
8 ମାରେ ପରିବାର ଏବଂ ମାରେ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀମାନଙ୍କର ମଙ୍ଗଳ ପାଇଁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶାନ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରେ।
9 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ମନ୍ଦିରର ମଙ୍ଗଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରେ ୟେ, ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ସବୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ଘଟୁ।
1 A Song of degrees of David.
2 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.
3 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
4 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
5 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord.
6 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
7 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
8 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
9 For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
10 Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.
