Malachi 4
1 ఏలయనగా నియమింపబడిన దినము వచ్చుచున్నది, కొలిమి కాలునట్లు అది కాలును;గర్విష్ఠులందరును దుర్మార్గు లందరును కొయ్యకాలువలె ఉందురు, వారిలో ఒకనికి వేరైనను చిగురైనను లేకుండ, రాబోవు దినము అందరిని కాల్చివేయునని సైన్యములకు అధిపతియగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.
2 అయితే నా నామమందు భయ భక్తులుగలవారగు మీకు నీతి సూర్యుడు ఉదయించును; అతని రెక్కలు ఆరోగ్యము కలుగజేయును గనుక మీరు బయలుదేరి క్రొవ్విన దూడలు గంతులు వేయునట్లు గంతులు వేయుదురు.
3 నేను నియమింపబోవు దినమున దుర్మార్గులు మీ పాదములక్రింద ధూళివలె ఉందురు, మీరు వారిని అణగద్రొక్కుదురని సైన్యములకు అధిపతి యగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.
4 హోరేబు కొండమీద ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరికొరకై నేను నా సేవకుడైన మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన ధర్మశాస్త్ర మును దాని కట్టడలను విధులను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుడి.
5 యెహోవా నియమించిన భయంకరమైన ఆ మహాదినము రాకమునుపు నేను ప్రవక్తయగు ఏలీయాను మీయొద్దకు పంపుదును.
6 నేను వచ్చి, దేశమును శపించకుండునట్లు అతడు తండ్రుల హృదయములను పిల్లల తట్టును పిల్లల హృదయములను తండ్రుల తట్టును త్రిప్పును.
1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
