ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହିସବୁ କୁହ, କୌଣସି ପୁରୁଷ କି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗିତ ହବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଶଷେ ନାସରୀଯ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;

horse the	בְךָ֔	bĕkā	veh-HA
and his rider;	ס֖וּס	sûs	soos

themselves unto the Lord:	לַֽיהוָֽה׃	layhwâ	LAI-VA
