ଆଉ ସେ ସମୟ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ଆସିବ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ବାବିଲର ଖାଦେିତ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦବୋ ଓ ସମଗ୍ର ବାବିଲ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହବେ। ଆଉ ତାହାର ନିହତ ଲୋକମାନେ ନଗରର ରାସ୍ତା ରେ ପତିତ ହବେେ।

ବାବିଲର ନଗରସବୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ ସ୍ଥାନ, ଶୁଷ୍କଭୂମି ଓ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ହବେ। ତା' ମଧିଅରେ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ବାସ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। କିଅବା ତା' ମଧ୍ଯଦଇେ କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ସନ୍ତାନ ଗମନା ଗମନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ବାବିଲକୁ ଓ କଲଦୀଯ ନିବାସୀ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସିୟୋନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଗୋଚର ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ କୃତ ସମସ୍ତ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମର ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦବୋ। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
