Genesis 24:67
യിസ്ഹാക്ക് അവളെ തന്റെ അമ്മയായ സാറയുടെ കൂടാരത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടു പോയി. അവൻ റിബെക്കയെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവൾ അവന്നു ഭാര്യയായിത്തീർന്നു; അവന്നു അവളിൽ സ്നേഹമായി. ഇങ്ങനെ യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്നു തന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ മരണദുഃഖം തീർന്നു.
