మనము వారితో చేసిన ప్రమాణమువలన మనమీదికి కోపము రాకపోవునట్లు ఆ ప్రమాణమునుబట్టి వారిని బ్రదుక నియ్యవలెనని చెప్పి

| wrath | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| be | יִֽהְיֶ֤ה | yihĕye | yee-heh-YEH |
| upon | עָלֵ֙ינוּ֙ | ʿālênû | ah-LAY-NOO |
| us, because of | קֶ֔צֶף | qeṣep | KEH-tsef |
| oath the | עַל | ʿal | al |
| which | הַשְּׁבוּעָ֖ה | haššĕbûʿâ | ha-sheh-voo-AH |
| we sware | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| unto them. | נִשְׁבַּ֥עְנוּ | nišbaʿnû | neesh-BA-noo |
