తక్కినవారు ఆఫెకు పట్టణములోనికి పారిపోగా అచ్చటనున్న యొకప్రాకారము శేషించినవారిలో ఇరువది యేడు వేలమంది మీద పడెను. బెన్హదదు పారిపోయి ఆ పట్టణమందు ప్రవేశించి ఆ యాగదులలో చొరగా

But the rest	וַיָּנֻ֨סוּ	wayyānusû	va-ya-NOO-soo
fled	הַנּֽוֹתָרִ֥ים׀	hannôtārîm	ha-noh-ta-REEM
Aphek, to	אֲפֵקָה֮	ʾăpēqāh	uh-fay-KA
into	אֶל	ʾel	el
the city;	הָעִיר֒	hāʿîr	ha-EER
wall a there and	וַתִּפֹּל֙	wattippōl	va-tee-POLE
fell	הַֽחוֹמָ֔ה	haḥômâ	ha-hoh-MA
upon	עַל	ʿal	al
twenty	עֶשְׂרִ֨ים	ʿeśrîm	es-REEM
and seven	וְשִׁבְעָ֥ה	wĕšibʿâ	veh-sheev-AH
thousand	אֶ֛לֶף	ʾelep	EH-lef
of the men	אִ֖ישׁ	ʾîš	eesh
left. were that	הַנּֽוֹתָרִ֑ים	hannôtārîm	ha-noh-ta-REEM
And Ben-hadad	וּבֶן	ûben	oo-VEN
fled,	הֲדַ֣ד	hădad	huh-DAHD
came and	נָ֔ס	nās	nahs
into	וַיָּבֹ֥א	wayyābōʾ	va-ya-VOH
the city,	אֶל	ʾel	el
into an inner	הָעִ֖יר	hāʿîr	ha-EER
chamber.	חֶ֥דֶר	ḥeder	HEH-der
	בְּחָֽדֶר׃	bĕḥāder	beh-HA-der
