ஆதலால் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எரேமியாவுக்கு உண்டாகி அவர்:

யுத்தநாள் வந்தபோது, சவுலுக்கும் அவனுடைய மகனான யோனத்தானையும் தவிர, சவுலோடும் யோனத்தானோடும் இருக்கிற மக்களில் ஒருவர் கையிலும் பட்டயமும் ஈட்டியும் இல்லாமல் இருந்தது.
