அப்போஸ்தலருடைய நடபடிகள் 5:23
சிறைச்சாலை மிகுந்த பத்திரமாய்ப் பூட்டப்பட்டிருக்கவும், காவற்காரர் வெளியே கதவுகளுக்குமுன் நிற்கவும் கண்டோம்; திறந்தபொழுதோ உள்ளே ஒருவரையும் காணோம் என்று அறிவித்தார்கள்.

சிறைச்சாலை மிகுந்த பத்திரமாகப் பூட்டப்பட்டிருக்கவும், காவல்காரர்கள் வெளியே கதவுகளுக்கு முன் நிற்கவும் கண்டோம்; திறந்தபொழுதோ உள்ளே ஒருவரையும் காணோம் என்று அறிவித்தார்கள்.

அம்மனிதர்கள், “சிறை பூட்டித் தாளிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. சிறைவாயில்களருகே காவலர்கள் நின்றனர். ஆனால் நாங்கள் கதவுகளைத் திறந்தபோது சிறையில் யாருமில்லை!” என்றனர்.

“நாங்கள் சிறைச்சாலை உறுதியாய்ப் பூட்டப்பட்டிருப்பதையும், காவலர் வாயிலருகில் நின்றுகொண்டிருப்பதையும் கண்டோம். ஆனால், கதவைத் திறந்தபோது உள்ளே எவரையும் காணவில்லை” என்று அறிவித்தார்கள்.
