அன்றியும் அவரே உயிரோடிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கும் மரித்தோர்களுக்கும் தேவனால் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட நியாதிபதியென்று ஜனங்களுக்குப் பிரசங்கிக்கவும், சாட்சியாக ஒப்புவிக்கவும், அவர் எங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார்.

“மக்களுக்குப் போதிக்கும்படியாக இயேசு எங்களுக்குக் கூறினார். உயிரோடிருக்கும் மக்களுக்கும் மரித்த மக்களுக்கும் நீதிபதியாக தேவன் நியமித்தவர் அவரே என்று மக்களுக்குச் சொல்லும்படி எங்களுக்குக் கூறினார்.
