2 நாளாகமம் 19:3
ஆகிலும் நீர் விக்கிரகத்தோப்புகளை தேசத்தை விட்டகற்றி, தேவனைத் தேட உம்முடைய இருதயத்தை நேராக்கின விஷயத்தில் நன்மையான காரியங்கள் உம்மிடத்திலே காணப்பட்டது உண்டு என்றான்.

ஆகிலும் நீர் விக்கிரகத்தோப்புகளைத் தேசத்தைவிட்டு அகற்றி, தேவனைத் தேட உம்முடைய இருதயத்தை நேராக்கின காரியத்தில் நன்மையான காரியங்கள் உம்மிடத்திலே காணப்பட்டது உண்டு என்றான்.

ஆனால் உனது வாழ்வில் சில நன்மைகளும் உள்ளன. நீ விக்கிரகங்களை அழித்தாய். நீ மனப்பூர்வமாகத் தேவனைப் பின்பற்றவேண்டும் என்று எண்ணினாய்” என்றான்.

ஆயினும் நீர் சில நற்செயல்கள் புரிந்துள்ளீர்; அதாவது அசேராக் கம்பங்களை நாட்டிலிருந்து எரித்து அகற்றினீர்; கடவுளை நாடுவதில் உம் இதயம் நிலையாயிருந்தது” என்று கூறினார்.

there are good טוֹבִ֖ים ṭôb tove
found נִמְצְא֣וּ māṣāʾ ma-TSA
in עִמָּ֑ךְ ʿim eem
thee, in that כִּֽי kî kee
thou hast taken away בִעַ֤רְתָּ bāʿar ba-AR
the groves הָֽאֲשֵׁרוֹת֙ ʾăšērâ uh-shay-RA
out of מִן min meen
the land, הָאָ֔רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
and hast prepared וַֽהֲכִינ֥וֹתָ kûn koon
thine heart לְבָֽבְךָ֖ lēbāb lay-VAHV
to seek לִדְרֹ֥שׁ dāraš da-RAHSH
