ਇਸ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸੀ ਹਿੱਵੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਗਿਬਓਨ। ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਰ ਗਏ।
