ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 44:10
ਅੱਜ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਰਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਆਦਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਮੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਤਹੁਾਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ।”
