Isaiah 40 - BBE (Punjabi)

1 Give comfort, give comfort, to my people, says your God.ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਹੌਸਲਾ ਦੇਵੋ, ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ!

2 Say kind words to the heart of Jerusalem, crying out to her that her time of trouble is ended, that her punishment is complete; that she has been rewarded by the Lord's hand twice over for all her sins.ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੋ! ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ, ‘ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਮੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਅਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।’ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।”

3 A voice of one crying, Make ready in the waste land the way of the Lord, make level in the lowland a highway for our God.ਸੁਣੋ, ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਮਚਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ! “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਸਤਾ ਬਣਾਓ! ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਦੀ ਸੜਕ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ!

4 Let every valley be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low, and let the rough places become level, and the hilltops become a valley,ਹਰ ਵਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦਿਓ। ਹਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਧਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ। ਟੇਢਿਆਂ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਕਰੋ। ਖੁਦਦਰੀ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਧਰਾ ਕਰੋ।

5 And the glory of the Lord will be made clear, and all flesh will see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has said it.ਫ਼ੇਰ, ਸਾਡੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ। ਹਾਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਨੇ।”

6 A voice of one saying, Give a cry! And I said, What is my cry to be? All flesh is grass, and all its strength like the flower of the field.ਇੱਕ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਬੋਲੋ!” ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਆਖਾਂ?” ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਲੋਕ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਘਾਹ ਫ਼ੂਸ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੰਗਿਆਈ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਫ਼ੁੱਲ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ।

7 The grass becomes dry, the flower is dead; because the breath of the Lord goes over it: truly the people is grass.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਹਵਾ, ਘਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਗਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਘਾਹ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਫ਼ੁੱਲ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਾਂ, ਸਭ ਲੋਕ ਘਾਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਨੇ।

8 The grass is dry, the flower is dead; but the word of our God is eternal.ਜੰਗਲੀ ਘਾਹ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਤੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਫ਼ੁੱਲ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਨੇ। ਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸਦਾ-ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।”

9 You who give good news to Zion, get up into the high mountain; you who give good news to Jerusalem, let your voice be strong; let it be sounding without fear; say to the towns of Judah, See, your God!ਮੁਕਤੀ: ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸੀਯੋਨ, ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ, ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉੱਚੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਸੁਣਾਓ! ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ, ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ, ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਹੈ। ਡਰੋ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉੱਚੀ ਬੋਲੋ! ਇਹ ਖਬਰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੋ: “ਦੇਖੋ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੈ!”

10 See, the Lord God will come as a strong one, ruling in power: see, those made free by him are with him, and those whom he has made safe go before him.ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਨਾਮ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇਨਾਮ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

11 He will give food to his flock like a keeper of sheep; with his arm he will get it together, and will take up the lambs on his breast, gently guiding those which are with young.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅਯਾਲੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਜ਼ੂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲੇਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੜੀ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਤੁਰਨਗੀਆਂ।

12 In the hollow of whose hand have the waters been measured? and who is able to take the heavens in his stretched-out fingers? who has got together the dust of the earth in a measure? who has taken the weight of the mountains, or put the hills into the scales?ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਸਾਜੀ, ਓਹੀ ਇਸਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਦੀ ਹਬੇਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਪਿਆ? ਕਿਸਨੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਪਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ? ਕਿਸਨੇ ਖਾਲਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਪਣ ਲਈ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਿਆ? ਕਿਸਨੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਂਲਣ ਲਈ ਤੱਕੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਿਆ? ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੀ!

13 By whom has the spirit of the Lord been guided, or who has been his teacher?ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਆਤਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉੱਸਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਓਸਨੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।

14 Who gave him suggestions, and made clear to him the right way? who gave him knowledge, guiding him in the way of wisdom?ਕੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮੰਗੀ? ਕੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ ਸੀ? ਕੀ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਣਾ ਬਣਨਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ ਸੀ? ਨਹੀਂ! ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ।

15 See, the nations are to him like a drop hanging from a bucket, and like the small dust in the scales: he takes up the islands like small dust.ਦੇਖੋ, ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਲਟੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਕ ਕਤਰੇ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਨੇ। ਜੇ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੱਕੜੀ ਦੇ ਪਲੜਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੱਖ ਦੇਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਕਿਣਕਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਵਣਗੀਆਂ।

16 And Lebanon is not enough to make a fire with, or all its cattle enough for a burned offering.ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸੜਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।

17 All the nations are as nothing before him; even less than nothing, a thing of no value.ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।

18 Whom then is God like, in your opinion? or what will you put forward as a comparison with him?ਲੋਕ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ? ਨਹੀਂ! ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਬਣਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ? ਨਹੀਂ!

19 The workman makes an image, and the gold-worker puts gold plates over it, and makes silver bands for it.ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਲੱਕੜ ਜਾਂ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਨੇ। ਇੱਕ ਕਾਮਾ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਕਾਮਾ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ੰਜ਼ੀਰਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

20 The wise workman makes selection of the mulberry-tree of the offering, a wood which will not become soft; so that the image may be fixed to it and not be moved.ਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਲਈ, ਉਹ ਖਾਸ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜ ਚੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਗਲਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਾਮਾ ਇੱਕ “ਦੇਵਤਾ” ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਡਿੱਗਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ।

21 Have you no knowledge of it? has it not come to your ears? has not news of it been given to you from the first? has it not been clear to you from the time when the earth was placed on its base?ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ, ਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ? ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ! ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ!

22 It is he who is seated over the arch of the earth, and the people in it are as small as locusts; by him the heavens are stretched out like an arch, and made ready like a tent for a living-place.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ! ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ ਟਿੱਡੀਦਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬੈਠਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਫ਼ੈਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

23 He makes rulers come to nothing; the judges of the earth are of no value.ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਹੱਤਵਹੀਣ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਪਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਕਂਮਾ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

24 They have only now been planted, and their seed put into the earth, and they have only now taken root, when he sends out his breath over them and they become dry, and the storm-wind takes them away like dry grass.ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੀਜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਢ਼ਾਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਾ ਦੇਣ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ “ਪੌਦਿਆਂ” ਉੱਤੇ ਵਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ, ਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਡਾਕੇ, ਤਿਨਕਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂ ਦੂਰ।

25 Who then seems to you to be my equal? says the Holy One.ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪੁਰੱਖ (ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ) ਆਖਦੀ ਹੈ: “ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੀ? ਨਹੀਂ! ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਸਾਨੀ ਮੇਰਾ।”

26 Let your eyes be lifted up on high, and see: who has made these? He who sends out their numbered army: who has knowledge of all their names: by whose great strength, because he is strong in power, all of them are in their places.ਦੇਖੋ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵੱਲ। ਕਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ? ਕਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ “ਫ਼ੌਜਾਂ” ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਅੰਦਰ? ਕੌਣ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਹਰ ਤਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ? ਸੱਚਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਵਾਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਤਾਰਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਗੁੰਮ ਹੁੰਦਾ।

27 Why do you say, O Jacob, such words as these, O Israel, The Lord's eyes are not on my way, and my God gives no attention to my cause?ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਇਹ! ਇਸਰਾਏਲ, ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ! ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ: “ਦੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ। ਲੱਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ।”

28 Have you no knowledge of it? has it not come to your ears? The eternal God, the Lord, the Maker of the ends of the earth, is never feeble or tired; there is no searching out of his wisdom.ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤੇ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਿਆਣਾ। ਜਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਹੈ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਉਹ। ਬਕੱਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ। ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ। ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਦਾ-ਸਦਾ ਲਈ।

29 He gives power to the feeble, increasing the strength of him who has no force.ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ। ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਹੀਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ।

30 Even the young men will become feeble and tired, and the best of them will come to the end of his strength;ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਬੰਦੇ ਬਕੱ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਆਰਾਮ ਦੀ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਠੋਕਰਾਂ ਵੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਵੀ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਨੇ।

31 But those who are waiting for the Lord will have new strength; they will get wings like eagles: running, they will not be tired, and walking, they will have no weariness.ਪਰ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸ਼ਾ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਉੱਚਾ ਉੱਡਦੇ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੌੜਦੇ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਬਕਿਆਂ ਤ੍ਤੁਰਦੇ ਹਨ
