“ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਿਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਗਜ਼ੇਲ ਹੋਵੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਾਹੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਦੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਸੀਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਮਾਸ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਲੀਤ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਮਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
