ମୁଁ ଉତ୍ତର କଲି, ଏହା କ'ଣ? ସେ କହିଲେ, ତାହା ଏକ ମାପ କରିବା ଟୋକଇେ ଏବଂ ତାହା ଦେଶର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପାପକୁ ମାପିପାରିବ।
