ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷ ଅବ୍ରହାମ, ଇସହାକ୍ ଓ ୟାକକ୍ସ୍ଟବ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଦେଶ ଦବୋପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିବେ ଏବଂ ନଗରଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ସହିତ ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦବେେ, ଯେଉଁଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ବୃହତ ଓ ସକ୍ସ୍ଟନ୍ଦର ଅଟେ।

ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷ ଅବ୍ରହାମ, ଇସହାକ୍ ଓ ୟାକକ୍ସ୍ଟବ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଦେଶ ଦବୋପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିବେ ଏବଂ ନଗରଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ସହିତ ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦବେେ, ଯେଉଁଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ବୃହତ ଓ ସକ୍ସ୍ଟନ୍ଦର ଅଟେ।
