ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ଦେଖିଲେ,

| they | טֹבֹ֖ת | ṭōbōt | toh-VOTE |
| were fair; | הֵ֑נָּה | hēnnâ | HAY-na |
| and they took | וַיִּקְח֤וּ | wayyiqḥû | va-yeek-HOO |
| wives them | לָהֶם֙ | lāhem | la-HEM |
| of all | נָשִׁ֔ים | nāšîm | na-SHEEM |
| which | מִכֹּ֖ל | mikkōl | mee-KOLE |
| they chose. | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| בָּחָֽרוּ׃ | bāḥārû | ba-ha-ROO |
