Acts 15:39
ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧିଅରେ ଘାରେ ମତଭଦେ ହେଲା। ଏହା ଫଳ ରେ, ପାଉଲ ଓ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ପରସ୍ପରଠାରୁ ଅଲଗା ହାଇଗେଲେ। ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ମାର୍କଙ୍କୁ ନଇେ ଜଳ ପଥରେ କୂପ୍ର ଉପଦ୍ବୀପକୁ ଚ଼ାଲିଗଲେ।

ଯୋଷଫେ ନାମ ରେ ଜଣେ ବିଶ୍ବାସୀ ଥିଲେ। ପ୍ ରରେିତମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ନାମ ରେ ଡ଼ାକୁ ଥିଲେ। ଏହି ନାମର ଅର୍ଥ, ସାହାୟ୍ଯକାରୀ ସେ କୁପ୍ରୀୟ ଜାତିର ଜଣେ ଲବେୀୟ ଥିଲେ।
ଯାକୁବଙ୍କ ପତ୍ 3:2
ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଅନକେ ଭୁଲ କରୁ। ଯଦି ଜଣେ ଲୋକ କୌଣସି ଭୁଲ କଥା କହି ନାହିଁ, ତା ହେଲେ ସେ ଜଣେ ସିଦ୍ଧ ମଣିଷ ଅଟେ। ସେ ନିଜ ସମସ୍ତ ଶରୀରକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସଂୟତ କରିପାରିବ।

ମୁଁ ଏହା ଜାଣେ ଯେ ମାେ ଭିତ ରେ କିଛି ଭଲ ନାହିଁ। ମାେ କହିବା ଅର୍ଥ ଯେ, ମାରେଶରୀର ରେ କୌଣସି ଭଲ ବିଷୟ ନାହିଁ।

ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ଓ ଶାଉଲ ପବିତ୍ର ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ ରରେିତ ହାଇେ ସେଲୂକିଆ ନଗରକୁ ଗଲେ। ସଠାରୁେ ସମାନେେ କୁପ୍ର ଉପଦ୍ବୀପକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କଲେ।

ଏହି ବିଶ୍ବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ କେତଜେଣ କୁପ୍ର ଓ କୁରୀଣୀର ଲୋକ ଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଆନ୍ତିୟଖିଆକୁ ଆସି ଗ୍ରୀକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କର ସୁସମାଚ଼ାର ଦେଲେ।

ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧିଅରେ ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ବଢ଼ିଗଲା। ସେତବେେଳେ ଗ୍ରୀକ୍ ଭାଷା କହୁଥିବା ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ଏବ୍ରୀଭାଷା କହୁଥିବା ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଚିତ ପରିମାଣ ରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବଣ୍ଟା ନ ଯାଉଥିବା କାରଣରୁ ଏପରି ବଚସା ହେଲା।

ତା'ପରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସୀଦୋନ ନଗର ଛାଡ଼ିଲୁ। ସେ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପବନ ବହୁଥିଲା। ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସାଇପ୍ରସ୍ ଉପଦ୍ବୀପ ନିକଟ ଦଇେ ଜଳଯାତ୍ରା କଲୁ।

ପାଉଲ ଓ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସହିତ ରାଜି ନହାଇେ ବହୁତ ୟୁକ୍ତି କଲେ। ଏହି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉପରେ ବିଚ଼ାର ଆଲୋଚ଼ନା ଲାଗି ପାଉଲ, ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ କେତକଙ୍କେୁ ୟିରୂଶାଲମ ରେ ପ୍ ରରେିତ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚ଼ୀନମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ୟିବାପାଇଁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଗଲା।
ଉପଦେଶକ 7:20
ୟିଏ ପାପ ନ କରି କବଳେ ସତ୍କର୍ମ କରିଛି, ଏପରି ଜଣେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ନାହିଁ।
