ଶଲୋମନ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବସ୍ଥ ବୈଥ୍ହାରେଣ୍ ଓ ନୀଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥ ବୈଥହାରଣରେ ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆଉଥରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ। ସେ ଏହି ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ ଦୁର୍ଗ ରେ ପରିଣତ କଲେ। ସହେି ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଅତି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରାଚୀର, ଦ୍ବାର ଓ ଦ୍ବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଦୃଢ଼ ଅର୍ଗଳ ଥିଲା।

ଶଲୋମନ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବସ୍ଥ ବୈଥ୍ହାରେଣ୍ ଓ ନୀଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥ ବୈଥହାରଣରେ ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆଉଥରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ। ସେ ଏହି ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ ଦୁର୍ଗ ରେ ପରିଣତ କଲେ। ସହେି ସହରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଅତି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରାଚୀର, ଦ୍ବାର ଓ ଦ୍ବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଦୃଢ଼ ଅର୍ଗଳ ଥିଲା।
