ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହାଇେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମସ୍ତ ଦକ୍ଷ କାରିଗରମାନେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହାଇେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁସବୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦବେ, ତାହା ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯକାରୀ ଓ ଲୋକମାନେ ପାଳନ କରିବେ।

ଦାଉଦ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦଳ ବିଷଯ ରେ କହିଲେ। ଦାଉଦ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରର ସବୋକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ବିଷଯକ ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଓ ମନ୍ଦିର ସବୋ ରେ ବ୍ଯବହୃତ ସକଳ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ବିଷଯ ରେ କହିଲେ।

ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକର ସରକାରୀ ଶାସକମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନତା ସ୍ବୀକାର କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। କାରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଏହି କ୍ଷମତା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ଅଧିକାରୀ , ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଏହି କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରା ଯାଇଛି।
