ଯୀଶୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସତ୍ଯ କହୁଛି, ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଜଳ ଓ ଆତ୍ମାରୁ ଜନ୍ମ ହାଇେ ନଥାଏ, ତବେେ ସେ କଦାପି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
