ଦୁଃସମୟ ଧୂଳିରୁ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ, କଷ୍ଟ ଭୂମିରୁ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ।
