ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କର ଶକ୍ତିକୁ ପବନକୁ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ସ୍ଥିର କରନ୍ତି କେତେ ବଡ଼ ସମୁଦ୍ର ହାଇପୋରିବ।
