ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦେଶ ରେ ଧ୍ବଜା ସ୍ଥାପନ କର, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ତୂରୀ ବଜାଅ। ସମସ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ବାବିଲ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର। ଅରାରଟ୍, ମିନ୍ନି ଓ ଅସ୍ମିନସ୍ ରାଜ୍ଯକୁ ତାହାର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଏକତ୍ର ଡ଼ାକ। ତାହାର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସନୋପତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କର ଓ ପଙ୍ଗପାଳ ସଦୃଶ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ରେ ଅଶ୍ବଗଣ ପଠାଅ।
