ସତୁରି ବର୍ଷ ପ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସୋର ବିଷଯ ରେ ବିବଚେନା କରିବେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତ ଦବେେ। ସୋର ତା'ର ବାଣିଜ୍ଯ ବୃତ୍ତିକି ଫରେିବ। ସେ ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ଦେଶ ପ୍ରତି ବେଶ୍ଯା ସଦୃଶ ହବେ।
