ତେଣୁ ସୋର ଲୋକମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି, ବାବିଲର ଲୋକମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ।' ମାତ୍ର କଲଦୀଯମାନଙ୍କର ଦେଶକୁ ଦେଖ। ବାବିଲ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆଉ ଦେଶ ନୁହେଁ। ଅଶୂରୀଯମାନେ ତାକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ତା'ର ଚାରିପଟେ ଦୁର୍ଗ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତା'ର ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ସହେି ରମଣୀଯ ପ୍ରାସାଦମାନଙ୍କରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିନିଷ ଲୁଟି ନଇେଛନ୍ତି। ବାବିଲକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ ସ୍ତୁପ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରି ତାକୁ ବନ୍ଯ ଜନ୍ତୁଙ୍କର ବାସସ୍ଥଳୀ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
