Genesis 9:12
ଏବଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କିଛି ପ୍ରମାଣ ଦବେି ଯେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଅଛି। ଏହି ଚ଼ିହ୍ନ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଖାଇବେ ଯେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଣୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନିଯମ କରିଅଛି। ଏହି ନିଯମ ସବଦିନ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାଯୀ ହବେ। ଏହାହିଁ ତାରଣେ ପ୍ରମାଣ।
