ପାତ୍ର ତଳେ ପ୍ରଚୁର କାଠ ଗଦା କରି ଅଗ୍ନି ସଂୟୋଗ କର। ମାଂସ ଉତ୍ତମ ରୂପେ ସିଦ୍ଧ କର ଓ ମସଲା ମିଶାଅ। ଅସ୍ଥିସବୁ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର। ଯେପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସମାନେେ ପୋଡ଼ିୟାଇ ନାହାଁନ୍ତି।
