ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କହିଲେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ୟିଏ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରିବ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏ ପ୍ରକାର କରିବ। ସେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ତା'ର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହୀନିର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କରିବ। ସମାନେେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସନୋବାହିନୀର ୟୋଦ୍ଧା ଓ ରଥା ରୋହୀ ହବେ। ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ରଥ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଦୌଡିବେ।

ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କହିଲେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ୟିଏ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରିବ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏ ପ୍ରକାର କରିବ। ସେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ତା'ର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହୀନିର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କରିବ। ସମାନେେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସନୋବାହିନୀର ୟୋଦ୍ଧା ଓ ରଥା ରୋହୀ ହବେ। ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ରଥ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଦୌଡିବେ।
