ତହକ୍ସ୍ଟଁ ତକୋଯର ସହେି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜଣକ ରାଜାଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କଥା କହିବା ବେଳେ ଭୂମିରେ ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଣ୍ତମାଡି ପ୍ରମାଣ କରି କହିଲା, ମହାରାଜ, ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟ।

କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ଯେତବେେଳେ କୌଣସି ଗରିବ ଲୋକଟିଏ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଡ଼ାକୁଥିଲା ମୁଁ ତାକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରୁଥିଲି। ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସହେି ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରୁଥିଲି। ଯାହାଙ୍କର ପିତାମାତା ନ ଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଯତ୍ନ ନବୋକୁ କହେି ନ ଥିଲେ।

ସହେି ନଗର ରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ ଥିଲା। ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ମରି ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକଟି ଏହି ବିଗ୍ଭରପତିଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ବହୁତ ଥର ଆସୁଥିଲା ସେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ କହୁଥିଲା, ' ଗୋଟିଏ ଲୋକ ମାେ ପ୍ରତି ଅନ୍ଯାୟ କରୁଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ମାେ ନ୍ଯାୟ ଅଧିକାର ଦିଅ।'
