2 Kings 17:5
ଅଶୁରର ରାଜା ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବହୁସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡିକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ ଓ ଶମରିଯାକୁ ଆସି ତା' ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କଲେ।

| to Samaria, | שֹֽׁמְר֔וֹן | šōmĕrôn | shoh-meh-RONE |
| and besieged | וַיָּ֥צַר | wayyāṣar | va-YA-tsahr |
| עָלֶ֖יהָ | ʿālêhā | ah-LAY-ha | |
| it three | שָׁלֹ֥שׁ | šālōš | sha-LOHSH |
| years. | שָׁנִֽים׃ | šānîm | sha-NEEM |
