Psalm 47
1 हे सारा मानिसहरू हो ताली बजाऊ! परमेश्वर तिर आनन्दमय भएर चिच्याऊ!
2 सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु भय योग्य हुनुहुन्छ। सारा पृथ्वीभरि नै उहाँ महान् राजा हुनुहुन्छ।
3 अन्य मानिसहरूलाई पराजित गर्न हामीलाई साथ दिनुभयो, उहाँले ती जातिहरूलाई हाम्रो अधीनमा राख्नु भयो।
4 परमेश्वरले हाम्रो निम्ति जग्गा रोजी दिनु भयो। उहाँले त्यो अचम्मको जग्गा याकूबको निम्ति रोज्नु भयो जसलाई उहाँले मन पराउनु भएको थियो।
5 नरसिंह र तुरहीको आवाजमा जयजयकार साथ उहाँ आफ्नो सिंहासनतर्फ जानुहुन्छ।
6 परमेश्वरको स्तुति-गान गर। स्तुतिहरू गाऊ, हाम्रा राजाको निम्ति स्तुति-गाऊ।
7 परमेश्वर सारा पृथ्वीको राजा हुनुहुन्छ। प्रशंसाकोगीतहरू गाऊ।
8 परमेश्वर आफ्नो पवित्र सिंहासनमा बस्नुहुन्छ र सबै जाति-जातिहरूमाथि राज गर्नुहुन्छ।
9 सबै जाति-जातिका शासकहरू एकार्कासित भेट गर्दछन्। अब्राहामका परमेश्वरको मानिसहरूसँग भेट गर्छन। सबै जातिका सबै शासकहरू परमेश्वरकै हुन। परमेश्वर ती सबैका सर्वोच्च अधिकारी हुनुहुन्छ।
1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah.
2 O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
3 For the Lord most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.
4 He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.
5 He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
6 God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.
7 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
8 For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
9 God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.
10 The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.
