“यदि एक व्यक्ति हत्यारा हो भने उसले प्राण दण्ड भोग्नै पर्छ। पैसा लिएर अथवा घूस खाएर प्राण दण्ड बद्लि गर्न पाँइदैन। उसले प्राण दण्ड भोग्नै पर्छ।
