स्तिफनसले उत्तर दिए, “मेरा यहूदी पिताहरू र दाज्यु-भाइहरू, मलाई ध्यानसित सुन। हाम्रा पुर्खा अब्राहाम समक्ष महिमामय परमेश्वर प्रकट हुनुभयो। अब्राहाम त्यसबेला मेसोपोटामियामा थिए। यो उहाँ हारानमा रहनु भन्दा पहिलेको कुरा हो।
