आहाज 20 वर्षका थिए जब तिनी राजा भए। आहाजले यरूशलेममा 16 वर्ष शासन गरे। आहाज आफ्ना पुर्खा दाऊद जस्ता थिएनन् आहाजले ती कामहरू गरे जसलाई परमप्रभुले गलत भन्नुभएको थियो।
