Ezekiel 23 in Tamil

1 கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

2 மனுபுத்திரனே, ஒரே தாயின் குமாரத்திகளாகிய இரண்டு ஸ்திரீகள் இருந்தார்கள். Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:

3 அவர்கள் எகிப்திலே வேசித்தனம்பண்ணினார்கள்; தங்கள் இளம்பிராயத்திலே வேசித்தனம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அங்கே அவர்களுடைய ஸ்தனங்கள் அமுக்கப்பட்டு, அவர்களுடைய கன்னிமையின் கொங்கைகள் தொடப்பட்டது. And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity.

4 அவர்களில் மூத்தவளின் பெயர் அகோலாள், அவளுடைய தங்கையின் பெயர் அகோலிபாள்; அவர்கள் என்னுடையவர்களாகி, குமாரரையும் குமாரத்திகளையும் பெற்றார்கள்; இவைகளே அவர்களுடைய பெயர்கள்; அகோலாள் என்பதற்குச் சமாரியா என்றும் அகோலிபாள் என்பதற்கு எருசலேம் என்றும் பொருளாம். And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah.

5 அகோலாள் என்னுடையவளாயிருக்கும்போது சோரம்போனாள். And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbours,

6 நீலாம்பரந்தரித்த தலைவரும், அதிபதிகளும், செளந்தரிய வாலிபரும், குதிரைகளின்மேல் ஏறுகிற வீரருமாயிருந்த சமீபதேசத்தாராகிய அசீரியர் என்கிற தன் சிநேகிதர்மேல் அவள் மோகித்து, Which were clothed with blue, captains and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding upon horses.

7 அசீரியரின் புத்திரரில் சிரேஷ்டமான அனைவரோடும், தான் மோகித்த அனைவரோடும் தன் வேசித்தனங்களை நடப்பித்து, அவர்களுடைய நரகலான சகல விக்கிரகங்களாலும் தீட்டுப்பட்டுப்போனாள். Thus she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them that were the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on whom she doted: with all their idols she defiled herself.

8 தான் எகிப்திலே பண்ணின வேசித்தனங்களை அவள் விடவில்லை; அவர்கள் அவளுடைய வாலிபத்திலே அவளோடே சயனித்து, அவளுடைய கன்னிமையின் கொங்கைகளைத் தொட்டு, அவளிடத்தில் தங்கள் வேசித்தனத்தை நடப்பித்தார்கள். Neither left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

9 ஆகையால் அவளுடைய சிநேகிதரின் கையிலே, அவள் மோகித்திருந்த அசீரியபுத்திரரின் கையிலே, நான் அவளை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தேன். Wherefore I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, upon whom she doted.

10 அவர்கள் அவளை நிர்வாணமாக்கினார்கள்; அவளுடைய குமாரரையும் அவளுடைய குமாரத்திகளையும் சிறைபிடித்து, அவளையோ பட்டயத்தில் கொன்றுபோட்டார்கள்; அப்படியே அவளிடத்தில் ஆக்கினைகள் செய்யப்பட்டபடியினால் ஸ்திரீகளுக்குள் அவகீர்த்தியுள்ளவளானாள். These discovered her nakedness: they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became famous among women; for they had executed judgment upon her.

11 அவளுடைய தங்கையாகிய அகோலிபாள் இதைக் கண்டும், தன் மோகவிகாரத்தில் அவளைப் பார்க்கிலும் கெட்டவளானாள்; தன் சகோதரியின் வேசித்தனங்களிலும் தன் வேசித்தனங்கள் அதிகமாயிற்று. And when her sister Aholibah saw this, she was more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms.

12 மகா அலங்கார உடுப்புள்ள தரும் அதிபதிகளும், குதிரைகள் ஏறுகிற வீரரும், செளந்தரியமுள்ள வாலிபருமான சமீபதேசத்தாராகிய அசீரிய புத்திரர்மேல் மோகங்கொண்டாள். She doted upon the Assyrians her neighbours, captains and rulers clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them desirable young men.

13 அவளும் அசுத்தமானாளென்றும், அவர்கள் இருவரும் ஒரே வழியில்போனார்களென்றும் கண்டேன். Then I saw that she was defiled, that they took both one way,

14 அவள் தன் வேசித்தனங்களில் அதிகரித்தாள்; சுவரில் ஜாதிலிங்கத்தால் சித்திரந்தீர்ந்த கல்தேயரின் புருஷ சுரூபங்களைக் கண்டாள். And that she increased her whoredoms: for when she saw men pourtrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans pourtrayed with vermilion,

15 அவர்கள் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் ஜெந்மதேசமாகிய கல்தேயாவிலுள்ள பாபிலோன் புத்திரரின் சாயலாகத் தங்கள் அரைகளில் கச்சை கட்டினவர்களும் தங்கள் தலைகளில் சாயந்தீர்ந்த பெரிய பாகைகளைத் தரித்தவர்களும், பார்வைக்கு ராஜகுமாரர்களுமாக இருந்தார்கள். Girded with girdles upon their loins, exceeding in dyed attire upon their heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of Chaldea, the land of their nativity:

16 அவளுடைய கண்கள் அவர்களைப் பார்த்தவுடனே, அவள் அவர்கள்மேல் மோகித்து, கல்தேயாவுக்கு அவர்களண்டையிலே ஸ்தானாபதிகளை அனுப்பினாள். And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.

17 அப்பொழுது பாபிலோன் புத்திரர் அவளண்டையிலே சிநேக சம்போகத்துக்கு வந்து, தங்கள் வேசித்தனங்களால் அவளைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தினார்கள்; அவள் இவர்களால் தீட்டுப்பட்டுப்போன பின்பு, அவள் மனது அவர்களை விட்டுப் பிரிந்தது. And the Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their whoredom, and she was polluted with them, and her mind was alienated from them.

18 இவ்விதமாய் அவள் தன் வேசித்தனங்களை வெளிப்படுத்தி, தன்னை நிர்வாணமாக்கினபோது, என் மனம் அவளுடைய சகோதரியை விட்டுப் பிரித்ததுபோல அவளையும் விட்டுப் பிரிந்தது. So she discovered her whoredoms, and discovered her nakedness: then my mind was alienated from her, like as my mind was alienated from her sister.

19 அவர் எகிப்துதேசத்திலே வேசித்தனம் பண்ணின தன் வாலிபத்தின் நாட்களை நினைத்து, தன் வேசித்தனங்களில் அதிகரித்துப்போனாள். Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, in calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

20 கழுதைமாம்சமான மாம்சமும், குதிரை இந்திரியமான இந்திரியமுமுள்ள அவர்களுக்கு அவள் வைப்பாட்டியாயிருக்கும்படி அவர்கள்மேல் மோகித்தாள். For she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

21 எகிப்தியரால் உன் கன்னிமையின் ஸ்தனங்களாகிய கொங்கைகள் தொடப்பட்ட காலத்தில், நீ உன் இளம்பிராயத்தில் செய்த முறைகேடுகளை நினைத்துவருகிறாய். Thus thou calledst to remembrance the lewdness of thy youth, in bruising thy teats by the Egyptians for the paps of thy youth.

22 ஆகையால், அகோலிபாளே, கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, உன் மனதுவிட்டுப் பிரிந்த உன் சிநேகிதரை நான் உனக்கு விரோதமாக எழுப்பி, உனக்கு விரோதமாக அவர்களைச் சுற்றிலும்வரப்பண்ணுவேன். Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy mind is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side;

23 செளந்தரியமுள்ள வாலிபரும், தலைவரும் அதிபதிகளும், குதிரைகள்மேல் ஏறுகிற வீரருமாகிய பேர் பெற்ற பிரபுக்களான பாபிலோன் புத்திரரையும், கல்தேயர் எல்லாரையும், பேகோடு, சோவா, கோவா என்கிற தேசங்களின் மனுஷரையும் அவர்களோடேகூட அசீரிய புத்திரர் எல்லாரையும் வரப்பண்ணுவேன். The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.

24 அவர்கள் வண்டில்களோடும், இரதங்களோடும் இயந்திரங்களோடும், ஜனக்கூட்டத்தோடும், கேடகங்களும் பரிசைகளும் தலைச்சீராக்களும் தரித்தவர்களாய் உனக்கு விரோதமாக வந்து, உன்னைச் சுற்றிலும் பாளயமிறங்குவார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு முன்னே நான் நியாயத்தை விளங்கப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் தங்கள் நியாயங்களின்படி உன்னை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்கள். And they shall come against thee with chariots, wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about: and I will set judgment before them, and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.

25 உனக்கு விரோதமாக என் எரிச்சலை விளங்கப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் உன்னை உக்கிரமாய் நடப்பித்து, உன் மூக்கையும் உன் காதுகளையும் அறுத்துப்போடுவார்கள்; உன்னில் மீதியாயிருப்பவர்கள் பட்டயத்தால் வெட்டுண்டுபோவார்கள்; அவர்கள் உன் குமாரரையும் உன் குமாரத்திகளையும் பிடித்துக்கொள்ளுவார்கள்; உன்னில் மீதியாயிருப்பவர்கள் அக்கினிக்கு இரையாவார்கள். And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.

26 அவர்கள் உன் வஸ்திரங்களை உரிந்து, உன் சிங்காரமான ஆபரணங்களைப் பறித்துக்கொள்ளுவார்கள். They shall also strip thee out of thy clothes, and take away thy fair jewels.

27 இவ்விதமாய் உன் முறைகேட்டையும், நீ எகிப்துதேசத்தில் துவக்கின் உன் வேசித்தனத்தையும் ஒழியப்பண்ணுவேன்; நீ இனி அவர்களை நோக்க உன் கண்களை ஏறெடுக்காமலும், எகிப்துவை நினையாமலும் இருப்பாய். Thus will I make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom brought from the land of Egypt: so that thou shalt not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any more.

28 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, நீ பகைக்கிறவர்கள் கையிலும், உன் மனம் விட்டுப் பிரிந்தவர்களின் கையிலும் நான் உன்னை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பேன். For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom thou hatest, into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated:

29 அவர்கள் உன்னை வெறுப்பாய் நடத்தி உன் பிரயாசத்தின் பலனையெல்லாம் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, உன்னை அம்மணமும் நிர்வாணமுமாக்கிவிடுவார்கள்; அப்படியே உன் வெட்கக்கேடும் உன் முறைகேடுமான உன் வேசித்தனத்தின் நிர்வாணம் வெளிப்படுத்தப்படும். And they shall deal with thee hatefully, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare: and the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

30 நீ புறஜாதிகளைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து, அவர்களுடைய நரகலான விக்கிரகங்களால் உன்னைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்திக்கொண்ட உன் வேசித்தனத்தினிமித்தம் இவைகள் உனக்குச் செய்யப்படும். I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols.

31 உன் சகோதரியின் வழியிலே நீ நடந்தாய்; ஆகையால் அவளுடைய பாத்திரத்தை உன் கையிலே கொடுப்பேன். Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her cup into thine hand.

32 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நீ உன் சகோதரியினுடைய ஆழமும் அகலமுமானதும் நிறைய வார்க்கப்பட்டதுமான பாத்திரத்தைக் குடித்து, நகைப்பும் பரியாசமுமாவாய். Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou shalt drink of thy sister's cup deep and large: thou shalt be laughed to scorn and had in derision; it containeth much.

33 சமாரியா என்னும் உன் சகோதரியினுடைய பாத்திரமாயிருக்கிற பிரமிப்பும் பாழ்க்கடிப்பும் என்கிற பாத்திரத்தால் வெறியினாலும் சஞ்சலத்தினாலும் நிறையப்படுவாய். Thou shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy sister Samaria.

34 நீ அதில் இருக்கிறதைக் குடித்து, உறிஞ்சி, அதின் ஓடுகளை உடைத்துப்போட்டு, உன் ஸ்தனங்களைக் கீறிக்கொள்வாய்; நான் இதைச் சொன்னேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார். Thou shalt even drink it and suck it out, and thou shalt break the sherds thereof, and pluck off thine own breasts: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

35 ஆகையால், நீ என்னை மறந்து, என்னை உனக்குப் புறம்பே தள்ளிவிட்டதினிமித்தம், நீ உன் முறைகேட்டையும் உன் வேசித்தனங்களையும் சுமப்பாய் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார். Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

36 பின்னும் கர்த்தர் என்னை நோக்கி: மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ அகோலாளையும் அகோலிபாளையும் குறித்து வழக்காட மனதானால், அவர்களுடைய அருவருப்புகளை அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியக்காட்டு. The LORD said moreover unto me; Son of man, wilt thou judge Aholah and Aholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations;

37 அவர்கள் விபசாரம்பண்ணினார்கள், அவர்கள் கைகளில் இரத்தமும் இருக்கிறது; அவர்கள் தங்கள் நரகலான விக்கிரகங்களோடே விபசாரம்பண்ணி தாங்கள் எனக்குப் பெற்ற தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளையும் அவைகளுக்கு இரையாகத் தீக்கடக்கப்பண்ணினார்கள். That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

38 அன்றியும் அவர்கள் என் பரிசுத்தஸ்தலத்தை அந்நாளிலேதானே தீட்டுப்படுத்தி, என் ஓய்வுநாட்களைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்கினார்கள். Moreover this they have done unto me: they have defiled my sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my sabbaths.

39 அவர்கள் தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளைத் தங்கள் நரகலான விக்கிரகங்களுக்கென்று பலியிட்டபின்பு, அவர்கள் என் பரிசுத்தஸ்தலத்தைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்க அந்நாளில்தானே அதற்குள் பிரவேசித்தார்கள்; இதோ, என் ஆலயத்தின் நடுவிலே இப்படிச் செய்தார்கள். For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house.

40 இதுவுமல்லாமல், தூரத்திலுள்ள புருஷரிடத்திற்குத் தூது அனுப்பி, அவர்களை வரவழைத்தார்கள், அவர்கள் வந்தார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கென்று நீ குளித்து, உன் கண்களில் மையிட்டுக்கொண்டு, ஆபரணங்களால் உன்னை அலங்கரித்து, And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,

41 சிறந்த மஞ்சத்தின்மேல் உட்கார்ந்துகொண்டாய்; அதின் முன்னே ஒரு பீடம் ஆயத்தம்பண்ணப்பட்டிருந்தது; உன் தூபவர்க்கத்தையும் என் எண்ணெயையும் அதின்மேல் வைத்தாய். And satest upon a stately bed, and a table prepared before it, whereupon thou hast set mine incense and mine oil.

42 அவளிடத்திலே அந்தச் சந்தடியின் இரைச்சல் அடங்கின பின்பு, ஜனத்திரளான புருஷரையும் அழைத்தனுப்பினார்கள்; சபேயர் வனாந்தரத்திலிருந்து கொண்டுவரப்பட்டார்கள்; இவர்கள் அவர்களுடைய கைகளில் கடகங்களையும் அவர்களுடைய தலைகளில் அலங்காரமான கிரீடங்களையும் போட்டார்கள். And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the common sort were brought Sabeans from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their heads.

43 விபசராங்களில் கிழவியானவளைக்குறித்து அவள் இன்னும் தன் வேசித்தனங்களைச் செய்வாளோ என்றேன். Then said I unto her that was old in adulteries, Will they now commit whoredoms with her, and she with them?

44 பரஸ்திரீயினிடத்திலே பிரவேசிக்குமாப்போல அவளிடத்தில் பிரவேசித்தார்கள்; இந்தப்பிரகாரமாக முறைகேடானவர்களாகிய அகோலாளிடத்திலும் அகோலிபாளிடத்திலும் பிரவேசித்தார்கள். Yet they went in unto her, as they go in unto a woman that playeth the harlot: so went they in unto Aholah and unto Aholibah, the lewd women.

45 ஆகையால், விபசாரிகளை நியாயந்தீர்க்கிற பிரகாரமாகவும், இரத்தஞ்சிந்தும் ஸ்திரீகளை நியாயந்தீர்க்கிற பிரகாரமாகவும் நீதிமான்கள் அவர்களை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்கள்; அவர்கள் விபசாரிகள், அவர்களுடைய கைகளில் இரத்தம் இருக்கிறது. And the righteous men, they shall judge them after the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.

46 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நான் அவர்களுக்கு விரோதமாய் ஒரு கூட்டத்தைவரப்பண்ணி, அவர்களை அலைச்சலுக்கும் கொள்ளைக்கும் ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பேன். For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will bring up a company upon them, and will give them to be removed and spoiled.

47 அந்தக் கூட்டத்தார் அவர்களைக் கல்லெறிந்து, தங்கள் பட்டயங்களால் வெட்டிப் போடுவார்கள்; அவРύகளுடைய குமாரரையும் அவர்களுடைய குமாரத்திகளையும் கொன்று, அவர்களுடைய வீடுகளை அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரிப்பார்கள். And the company shall stone them with stones, and dispatch them with their swords; they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and burn up their houses with fire.

48 இவ்விதமாய் எல்லா ஸ்திரீகளும் புத்தியடைந்து, உங்கள் முறைகேடுகளைச் செய்யாதிருக்கும்படி, முறைகேட்டைத் தேசத்தைவிட்டு ஒழியப்பண்ணுவேன். Thus will I cause lewdness to cease out of the land, that all women may be taught not to do after your lewdness.

49 உங்கள் முறைகேட்டை உங்கள்மேல் சுமத்துவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது நீங்கள் உங்கள் நரகலான விக்கிரகங்களைச் சேவித்த பாவங்களைச் சுமந்து, நான் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள். And they shall recompense your lewdness upon you, and ye shall bear the sins of your idols: and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

2 Manupuththiranae, orae thaayin kumaaraththikalaakiya iranndu sthireekal irunthaarkal. Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:

3 Avarkal ekipthilae vaesiththanampannnninaarkal; thangal ilampiraayaththilae vaesiththanampannnninaarkal; angae avarkalutaiya sthanangal amukkappattu, avarkalutaiya kannimaiyin kongaikal thodappattathu. And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity.

4 Avarkalil mooththavalin peyar akolaal, avalutaiya thangaiyin peyar akolipaal; avarkal ennutaiyavarkalaaki, kumaararaiyum kumaaraththikalaiyum pettaாrkal; ivaikalae avarkalutaiya peyarkal; akolaal enpatharkuch samaariyaa entum akolipaal enpatharku Jerusalem entum porulaam. And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah.

5 Akolaal ennutaiyavalaayirukkumpothu soramponaal. And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbours,

6 Neelaamparanthariththa thalaivarum, athipathikalum, selanthariya vaaliparum, kuthiraikalinmael aeraுkira veerarumaayiruntha sameepathaesaththaaraakiya aseeriyar enkira than sinaekitharmael aval mokiththu, Which were clothed with blue, captains and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding upon horses.

7 Aseeriyarin puththiraril siraeshdamaana anaivarodum, thaan mokiththa anaivarodum than vaesiththanangalai nadappiththu, avarkalutaiya narakalaana sakala vikkirakangalaalum theettuppattupponaal. Thus she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them that were the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on whom she doted: with all their idols she defiled herself.

8 Thaan ekipthilae pannnnina vaesiththanangalai aval vidavillai; avarkal avalutaiya vaalipaththilae avalotae sayaniththu, avalutaiya kannimaiyin kongaikalaith thottu, avalidaththil thangal vaesiththanaththai nadappiththaarkal. 10 Avarkal avalai nirvaanamaakkinaarkal; avalutaiya kumaararaiyum avalutaiya kumaaraththikalaiyum siraipitiththu, avalaiyo pattayaththil kontupottarkal; appatiyae avalidaththil aakkinaikal seyyappattapatiyinaal sthireekalukkul avageerththiyullavalaanaal. These discovered her nakedness: they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became famous among women; for they had executed judgment upon her.

11 Avalutaiya thangaiyaakiya akolipaal ithaik kanndum, than mokavikaaraththil avalaip paarkkilum kettavalaanaal; than sakothariyin vaesiththanangalilum than vaesiththanangal athikamaayittaு. And when her sister Aholibah saw this, she was more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms.

12 Makaa alangaara uduppulla tharum athipathikalum, kuthiraikal aeraுkira veerarum, selanthariyamulla vaaliparumaana sameepathaesaththaaraakiya aseeriya puththirarmael mokangaொnndaal. She doted upon the Assyrians her neighbours, captains and rulers clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them desirable young men.

13 Avalum asuththamaanaalentum, avarkal iruvarum orae valiyilponaarkalentum kanntaen. Then I saw that she was defiled, that they took both one way,

14 Aval than vaesiththanangalil athikariththaal; suvaril jaathilingaththaal siththirantheerntha kalthaeyarin purusha suroopangalaik kanndaal. And that she increased her whoredoms: for when she saw men pourtrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans pourtrayed with vermilion,

15 Avarkal ellaarum thangal jenmathaesamaakiya kalthaeyaavilulla paapilon puththirarin saayalaakath thangal araikalil kachchaை kattinavarkalum thangal thalaikalil saayantheerntha periya paakaikalaith thariththavarkalum, paarvaikku raajakumaararkalumaaka irunthaarkal. Girded with girdles upon their loins, exceeding in dyed attire upon their heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of Chaldea, the land of their nativity:

16 Avalutaiya kannkal avarkalaip paarththavudanae, aval avarkalmael mokiththu, kalthaeyaavukku avarkalanntaiyilae sthaanaapathikalai anuppinaal. And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.

17 Appoluthu paapilon puththirar avalanntaiyilae sinaeka sampokaththukku vanthu, thangal vaesiththanangalaal avalaith theettuppaduththinaarkal; aval ivarkalaal theettuppattuppona pinpu, aval manathu avarkalai vittup pirinthathu. And the Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their whoredom, and she was polluted with them, and her mind was alienated from them.

18 Ivvithamaay aval than vaesiththanangalai velippaduththi, thannai nirvaanamaakkinapothu, en manam avalutaiya sakothariyai vittup piriththathupola avalaiyum vittup pirinthathu. So she discovered her whoredoms, and discovered her nakedness: then my mind was alienated from her, like as my mind was alienated from her sister.

19 Avar ekipthuthaesaththilae vaesiththanam pannnnina than vaalipaththin naatkalai ninaiththu, than vaesiththanangalil athikariththupponaal. Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, in calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

20 Kaluthaimaamsamaana maamsamum, kuthirai inthiriyamaana inthiriyamumulla avarkalukku aval vaippaattiyaayirukkumpati avarkalmael mokiththaal. For she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

21 Ekipthiyaraal un kannimaiyin sthanangalaakiya kongaikal thodappatta kaalaththil, nee un ilampiraayaththil seytha muraikaedukalai ninaiththuvarukiraay. Thus thou calledst to remembrance the lewdness of thy youth, in bruising thy teats by the Egyptians for the paps of thy youth.

22 Aakaiyaal, akolipaalae, karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: itho, un manathuvittup pirintha un sinaekitharai naan unakku virothamaaka eluppi, unakku virothamaaka avarkalaich suttilumvarappannnuvaen. Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy mind is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side;

23 Selanthariyamulla vaaliparum, thalaivarum athipathikalum, kuthiraikalmael aeraுkira veerarumaakiya paer petta pirapukkalaana paapilon puththiraraiyum, kalthaeyar ellaaraiyum, paekodu, sovaa, kovaa enkira thaesangalin manusharaiyum avarkalotaekooda aseeriya puththirar ellaaraiyum varappannnuvaen. The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.

24 Avarkal vanntilkalodum, irathangalodum iyanthirangalodum, janakkoottaththodum, kaedakangalum parisaikalum thalaichchaீraakkalum thariththavarkalaay unakku virothamaaka vanthu, unnaich suttilum paalayamiranguvaarkal; avarkalukku munnae naan niyaayaththai vilangappannnuvaen; avarkal thangal niyaayangalinpati unnai niyaayantheerppaarkal. And they shall come against thee with chariots, wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about: and I will set judgment before them, and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.

25 Unakku virothamaaka en erichchalai vilangappannnuvaen; avarkal unnai ukkiramaay nadappiththu, un mookkaiyum un kaathukalaiyum araுththuppoduvaarkal; unnil meethiyaayiruppavarkal pattayaththaal vettunndupovaarkal; avarkal un kumaararaiyum un kumaaraththikalaiyum pitiththukkolluvaarkal; unnil meethiyaayiruppavarkal akkinikku iraiyaavaarkal. And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.

26 Avarkal un vasthirangalai urinthu, un singaaramaana aaparanangalaip pariththukkolluvaarkal. They shall also strip thee out of thy clothes, and take away thy fair jewels.

27 Ivvithamaay un muraikaettaைyum, nee ekipthuthaesaththil thuvakkin un vaesiththanaththaiyum oliyappannnuvaen; nee ini avarkalai Nnokka un kannkalai aeraெdukkaamalum, ekipthuvai ninaiyaamalum iruppaay. Thus will I make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom brought from the land of Egypt: so that thou shalt not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any more.

28 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: itho, nee pakaikkiravarkal kaiyilum, un manam vittup pirinthavarkalin kaiyilum naan unnai oppukkoduppaen. For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom thou hatest, into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated:

29 Avarkal unnai veraுppaay nadaththi un pirayaasaththin palanaiyellaam eduththukkonndu, unnai ammanamum nirvaanamumaakkividuvaarkal; appatiyae un vetkakkaedum un muraikaedumaana un vaesiththanaththin nirvaanam velippaduththappadum. And they shall deal with thee hatefully, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare: and the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

30 Nee purajaathikalaip pinthodarnthu, avarkalutaiya narakalaana vikkirakangalaal unnaith theettuppaduththikkonnda un vaesiththanaththinimiththam ivaikal unakkuch seyyappadum. I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols.

31 Un sakothariyin valiyilae nee nadanthaay; aakaiyaal avalutaiya paaththiraththai un kaiyilae koduppaen. Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her cup into thine hand.

32 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: nee un sakothariyinutaiya aalamum akalamumaanathum niraiya vaarkkappattathumaana paaththiraththaik kutiththu, nakaippum pariyaasamumaavaay. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou shalt drink of thy sister's cup deep and large: thou shalt be laughed to scorn and had in derision; it containeth much.

33 Samaariyaa ennum un sakothariyinutaiya paaththiramaayirukkira piramippum paalkkatippum enkira paaththiraththaal veriyinaalum sanjalaththinaalum niraiyappaduvaay. Thou shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy sister Samaria.

34 Nee athil irukkirathaik kutiththu, urinji, athin odukalai utaiththuppottu, un sthanangalaik geerikkolvaay; naan ithaich sonnaen entu karththaraakiya aanndavar uraikkiraar. Thou shalt even drink it and suck it out, and thou shalt break the sherds thereof, and pluck off thine own breasts: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

35 Aakaiyaal, nee ennai maranthu, ennai unakkup purampae thallivittathinimiththam, nee un muraikaettaைyum un vaesiththanangalaiyum sumappaay entu karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

36 Pinnum Karththar ennai Nnokki: manupuththiranae, nee akolaalaiyum akolipaalaiyum kuriththu valakkaada manathaanaal, avarkalutaiya aruvaruppukalai avarkalukkuth theriyakkaattu. The LORD said moreover unto me; Son of man, wilt thou judge Aholah and Aholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations;

37 Avarkal vipasaarampannnninaarkal, avarkal kaikalil iraththamum irukkirathu; avarkal thangal narakalaana vikkirakangalotae vipasaarampannnni thaangal enakkup petta thangal pillaikalaiyum avaikalukku iraiyaakath theekkadakkappannnninaarkal. That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

38 Antiyum avarkal en Parisuththasthalaththai annaalilaethaanae theettuppaduththi, en oyvunaatkalaip Parisuththakkulaichchalaakkinaarkal. Moreover this they have done unto me: they have defiled my sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my sabbaths.

39 Avarkal thangal pillaikalaith thangal narakalaana vikkirakangalukkentu paliyittapinpu, avarkal en Parisuththasthalaththaip Parisuththakkulaichchalaakka annaalilthaanae atharkul piravaesiththaarkal; itho, en aalayaththin naduvilae ippatich seythaarkal. For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house.

40 Ithuvumallaamal, thooraththilulla purusharidaththirkuth thoothu anuppi, avarkalai varavalaiththaarkal, avarkal vanthaarkal; avarkalukkentu nee kuliththu, un kannkalil maiyittukkonndu, aaparanangalaal unnai alangariththu, And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,

41 Sirantha manjaththinmael utkaarnthukonndaay; athin munnae oru peedam aayaththampannnappattirunthathu; un thoopavarkkaththaiyum en ennnneyaiyum athinmael vaiththaay. And satest upon a stately bed, and a table prepared before it, whereupon thou hast set mine incense and mine oil.

42 Avalidaththilae anthach santhatiyin iraichchal adangina pinpu, janaththiralaana purusharaiyum alaiththanuppinaarkal; sapaeyar vanaantharaththilirunthu konnduvarappattarkal; ivarkal avarkalutaiya kaikalil kadakangalaiyum avarkalutaiya thalaikalil alangaaramaana kireedangalaiyum pottarkal. And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the common sort were brought Sabeans from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their heads.

43 Vipasaraangalil kilaviyaanavalaikkuriththu aval innum than vaesiththanangalaich seyvaalo enten. Then said I unto her that was old in adulteries, Will they now commit whoredoms with her, and she with them?

44 Parasthireeyinidaththilae piravaesikkumaappola avalidaththil piravaesiththaarkal; inthappirakaaramaaka muraikaedaanavarkalaakiya akolaalidaththilum akolipaalidaththilum piravaesiththaarkal. Yet they went in unto her, as they go in unto a woman that playeth the harlot: so went they in unto Aholah and unto Aholibah, the lewd women.

45 Aakaiyaal, vipasaarikalai niyaayantheerkkira pirakaaramaakavum, iraththanjinthum sthireekalai niyaayantheerkkira pirakaaramaakavum neethimaankal avarkalai niyaayantheerppaarkal; avarkal vipasaarikal, avarkalutaiya kaikalil iraththam irukkirathu. And the righteous men, they shall judge them after the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.

46 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: naan avarkalukku virothamaay oru koottaththaivarappannnni, avarkalai alaichchalukkum kollaikkum oppukkoduppaen. For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will bring up a company upon them, and will give them to be removed and spoiled.

47 Anthak koottaththaar avarkalaik kallerinthu, thangal pattayangalaal vettip poduvaarkal; avaРύkalutaiya kumaararaiyum avarkalutaiya kumaaraththikalaiyum kontu, avarkalutaiya veedukalai akkiniyaal sutterippaarkal. And the company shall stone them with stones, and dispatch them with their swords; they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and burn up their houses with fire.

48 Ivvithamaay ellaa sthireekalum puththiyatainthu, ungal muraikaedukalaich seyyaathirukkumpati, muraikaettaைth thaesaththaivittu oliyappannnuvaen. Thus will I cause lewdness to cease out of the land, that all women may be taught not to do after your lewdness.

49 Ungal muraikaettaை ungalmael sumaththuvaarkal; appoluthu neengal ungal narakalaana vikkirakangalaich seviththa paavangalaich sumanthu, naan karththaraakiya aanndavar entu arinthukolveerkal. And they shall recompense your lewdness upon you, and ye shall bear the sins of your idols: and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
