ലേവ്യപുസ്തകം 9:24
യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽനിന്നു തീ പുറപ്പെട്ടു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ഉള്ള ഹോമയാഗവും മേദസ്സും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു; ജനമെല്ലാം അതു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ആർത്തു സാഷ്ടാംഗം വീണു.

| and consumed | וַתֹּ֙אכַל֙ | wattōʾkal | va-TOH-HAHL |
| upon | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the altar | הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ | hammizbēaḥ | ha-meez-BAY-ak |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| offering burnt the | הָֽעֹלָ֖ה | hāʿōlâ | ha-oh-LA |
| and the fat: | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| which when all | הַֽחֲלָבִ֑ים | haḥălābîm | ha-huh-la-VEEM |
| people the | וַיַּ֤רְא | wayyar | va-YAHR |
| saw, | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| they shouted, | הָעָם֙ | hāʿām | ha-AM |
| and fell | וַיָּרֹ֔נּוּ | wayyārōnnû | va-ya-ROH-noo |
| on | וַֽיִּפְּל֖וּ | wayyippĕlû | va-yee-peh-LOO |
| their faces. | עַל | ʿal | al |
| פְּנֵיהֶֽם׃ | pĕnêhem | peh-nay-HEM |
