യബ്ബേസ് തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരെക്കാൾ ഏറ്റവും മാന്യൻ ആയിരുന്നു; അവന്റെ അമ്മ: ഞാൻ അവനെ വ്യസനത്തോടെ പ്രസവിച്ചു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്നു യബ്ബേസ് എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.
