ജാതികളുടെ ദൂതന്മാർക്കു കിട്ടുന്ന മറുപടിയോ: യഹോവ സീയോനെ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവിടെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിലെ അരിഷ്ടന്മാർ ശരണം പ്രാപിക്കും എന്നത്രേ.
