യാരെദിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

| שָׁנָ֔ה | šānâ | sha-NA | |
| sixty | וּתְשַׁ֥ע | ûtĕšaʿ | oo-teh-SHA |
| and two | מֵא֖וֹת | mēʾôt | may-OTE |
| years: | שָׁנָ֑ה | šānâ | sha-NA |
| and he died. | וַיָּמֹֽת׃ | wayyāmōt | va-ya-MOTE |
