Genesis 45
1 അപ്പോൾ ചുറ്റും നില്ക്കുന്നവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ തന്നെത്താൻ അടക്കുവാൻ വഹിയാതെ: എല്ലാവരെയും എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറത്താക്കുവിൻ എന്നു യോസേഫ് വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു. ഇങ്ങനെ യോസേഫ് തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർക്കു തന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോൾ ആരും അടുക്കൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
2 അവൻ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ കരഞ്ഞു; മിസ്രയീമ്യരും ഫറവോന്റെ ഗൃഹവും അതു കേട്ടു.
3 യോസേഫ് സഹോദരന്മാരോടു: ഞാൻ യോസേഫ് ആകുന്നു; എന്റെ അപ്പൻ ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ അവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോയതുകൊണ്ടു അവനോടു ഉത്തരം പറവാൻ അവർക്കു കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.
4 യോസേഫ് സഹോദരന്മാരോടു: ഇങ്ങോട്ടു അടുത്തുവരുവിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; അവർ അടുത്തുചെന്നപ്പോൾ അവൻ പറഞ്ഞതു; നിങ്ങൾ മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു വിറ്റുകളഞ്ഞ നിങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരൻ യോസേഫ് ആകുന്നു ഞാൻ.
5 എന്നെ ഇവിടെ വിറ്റതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ വ്യസനിക്കേണ്ടാ, വിഷാദിക്കയും വേണ്ടാ; ജീവരക്ഷക്കായി ദൈവം എന്നെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ അയച്ചതാകുന്നു.
6 ദേശത്തു ക്ഷാമം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടു ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായി; ഉഴവും കൊയ്ത്തും ഇല്ലാത്ത അഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ഇനിയും ഉണ്ടു.
7 ഭൂമിയിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സന്തതി ശേഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വലിയോരു രക്ഷയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ ജീവനെ രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ദൈവം എന്നെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
8 ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അല്ല, ദൈവം അത്രേ എന്നെ ഇവിടെ അയച്ചതു; അവൻ എന്നെ ഫറവോന്നു പിതാവും അവന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിന്നു ഒക്കെയും യജമാനനും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്നൊക്കെയും അധിപതിയും ആക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
1 Then Joseph could not refrain himself before all them that stood by him; and he cried, Cause every man to go out from me. And there stood no man with him, while Joseph made himself known unto his brethren.
2 And he wept aloud: and the Egyptians and the house of Pharaoh heard.
3 And Joseph said unto his brethren, I am Joseph; doth my father yet live? And his brethren could not answer him; for they were troubled at his presence.
4 And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt.
5 Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life.
6 For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest.
7 And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
8 So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.

And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt.
5 എന്നെ ഇവിടെ വിറ്റതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ വ്യസനിക്കേണ്ടാ, വിഷാദിക്കയും വേണ്ടാ; ജീവരക്ഷക്കായി ദൈവം എന്നെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ അയച്ചതാകുന്നു.

6 ദേശത്തു ക്ഷാമം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടു ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായി; ഉഴവും കൊയ്ത്തും ഇല്ലാത്ത അഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ഇനിയും ഉണ്ടു.
For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest.
7 ഭൂമിയിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സന്തതി ശേഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വലിയോരു രക്ഷയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ ജീവനെ രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ദൈവം എന്നെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
8 ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അല്ല, ദൈവം അത്രേ എന്നെ ഇവിടെ അയച്ചതു; അവൻ എന്നെ ഫറവോന്നു പിതാവും അവന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിന്നു ഒക്കെയും യജമാനനും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്നൊക്കെയും അധിപതിയും ആക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.
