ഇവർ എദോം എന്നും പേരുള്ള ഏശാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും അവരിൽനിന്നു ഉത്ഭവിച്ച പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും ആകുന്നു.

| Edom, is | אַלּֽוּפֵיהֶ֖ם | ʾallûpêhem | ah-loo-fay-HEM |
| and these | ה֥וּא | hûʾ | hoo |
| are their dukes. | אֱדֽוֹם׃ | ʾĕdôm | ay-DOME |
