Ezekiel 40:3
അവൻ എന്നെ അവിടെ കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു; അവിടെ ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവൻ കാഴ്ചെക്കു താമ്രംപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഒരു ചണച്ചരടും അളവുദണ്ഡും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവൻ പടിവാതിൽക്കൽനിന്നു.

| was like the appearance | מַרְאֵ֙הוּ֙ | marʾēhû | mahr-A-HOO |
| brass, of | כְּמַרְאֵ֣ה | kĕmarʾē | keh-mahr-A |
| with a line | נְחֹ֔שֶׁת | nĕḥōšet | neh-HOH-shet |
| flax of | וּפְתִיל | ûpĕtîl | oo-feh-TEEL |
| in his hand, | פִּשְׁתִּ֥ים | pištîm | peesh-TEEM |
| measuring a and | בְּיָד֖וֹ | bĕyādô | beh-ya-DOH |
| reed; | וּקְנֵ֣ה | ûqĕnē | oo-keh-NAY |
| and he | הַמִּדָּ֑ה | hammiddâ | ha-mee-DA |
| stood | וְה֥וּא | wĕhûʾ | veh-HOO |
| in the gate. | עֹמֵ֖ד | ʿōmēd | oh-MADE |
| בַּשָּֽׁעַר׃ | baššāʿar | ba-SHA-ar |
