Ecclesiastes 5:2
അതിവേഗത്തിൽ ഒന്നും പറയരുതു; ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ഒരു വാക്കു ഉച്ചരിപ്പാൻ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം ബദ്ധപ്പെടരുതു; ദൈവം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലും നീ ഭൂമിയിലും അല്ലോ; ആകയാൽ നിന്റെ വാക്കു ചുരുക്കുമായിരിക്കട്ടെ.

| before | לִפְנֵ֣י | lipnê | leef-NAY |
| God: | הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים | hāʾĕlōhîm | ha-ay-loh-HEEM |
| for | כִּ֣י | kî | kee |
| God | הָאֱלֹהִ֤ים | hāʾĕlōhîm | ha-ay-loh-HEEM |
| is in heaven, | בַּשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ | baššāmayim | ba-sha-MA-YEEM |
| and thou | וְאַתָּ֣ה | wĕʾattâ | veh-ah-TA |
