Daniel 8:10
അതു ആകാശത്തിലെ സൈന്യത്തോളം വലുതായിത്തീർന്നു, സൈന്യത്തിലും നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളിലും ചിലതിനെ നിലത്തു തള്ളിയിട്ടു ചവിട്ടിക്കളഞ്ഞു.

| and it cast down | וַתַּפֵּ֥ל | wattappēl | va-ta-PALE |
| of some | אַ֛רְצָה | ʾarṣâ | AR-tsa |
| the host | מִן | min | meen |
| and of | הַצָּבָ֥א | haṣṣābāʾ | ha-tsa-VA |
| the stars | וּמִן | ûmin | oo-MEEN |
| ground, the to | הַכּוֹכָבִ֖ים | hakkôkābîm | ha-koh-ha-VEEM |
| and stamped upon | וַֽתִּרְמְסֵֽם׃ | wattirmĕsēm | VA-teer-meh-SAME |
